![]() Presumably this issue is specific to the Steam licencing option so it currently looks like I made a bad choice going with Steam. Since some datasets can take more than two days anyway, this has meant four or five attempts before success and over a week of wasted time. ![]() I can force quit RC but I then lose a day or two of processing. Steam will not quit or restart while it thinks RC is running so the only choice is to force quit Steam in Task Manager but doing this and restarting Steam has no impact either. Once the project is BIM capable, project teams can avoid manual design and documentation rework, which can reduce design schedules by as much as an additional 40 and construction schedules by 30. When this happens, I can still launch the Steam app from the background and it states in 'Library' that 'Reality Capture is running', but launching Steam doesn't unfreeze Reality Capture. Reality Capture is the bridge between raw site conditions and an intelligent BIM environment. Please make sure Steam is running and click Try again". RC gives the error message "Reality Capture on Steam - Steam is not responding. I am also experiencing this issue, which renders this software almost unusable for me for larger datasets and has wasted me weeks of computing time as I use the software heavily.
